Each item from Wax & Wether is carefully prepared and packaged from our southwest Michigan homestead.

Processing Time

Ready to ship orders will be sent within 1-2 business days. Handmade and custom items require additional processing time. Estimated processing times are listed on individual product pages and are typically 1-2 weeks unless noted otherwise.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using the carrier selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.

Wax & Wether is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Local Pick-Up

Customers living in southwest Michigan can select local pick-up at check out. Wax & Wether will reach out to coordinate a date/time/location for pick-up. This option is only available for customers able to meet in Kalamazoo County.

Because each item is handmade or hand finished, all sales are final. Wax & Wether does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.
